Setting Targets For A Football Session

 This is something I started about a month ago. I set small targets based on whatever I'm reading about or watching video about (A football skill). These Targets are things that I can strive to achieve in the training sessions. For example in my last session I had Scanning, 2 dribbles, Communicate, 2 crosses. I couldn't do the crosses but that's okay, because I had that in mind and that's what matters. You can keep changing the targets and aim to be better each session by setting higher standards for yourself. 

Sometimes you forget these targets while playing, because you're focusing on the game and those targets don't come to mind. In an attempt to fix this I started writing the targets on my wrist. This helps because even if you forget you have to do them you might get a glance while sipping water. I still sometimes don't do the targets but the fact that I keep remembering them because of the writing is good, because overtime remembering this stuff one day it'll be on your mind for the whole session and you won't forget about it.
