3 step rule
This is something I've know for quite a while but I haven't referred to it as "move after pass". it says "3 step rule" because 3 is the minimum amount you should take and not just a one step to the right or left.
Moving 3 steps puts you in a different angle for a return pass from the teammate you passes it to. You can build up on this and make multiple passes, build out of pressure and keep possession of the ball.
Every time a teammate has the ball the goal for the team should be to provide him with 2 good options to pass to. To achieve this goal, you have to move and 3 steps is a good number to move and maybe continue if needed.
It should be a habit to move after passing, I think by moving you are telling yourself to be agile and that way you get more energy and play better because you're more aware.
That's it
