Dropping down and receiving as a Full back
When you're playing full back and your goalkeeper wins the ball, the full backs go up to create more width and make it easier for the team to play.
When the keeper passes it to the CB the full back should drop down and give support so that the CB can use him to play. I stay up for some reason. I need to drop down and receive the ball on a half turn. If I do these two things, I can start the build up by playing the winger or with the midfield. Also dropping down could create a little space for the CB to play the ball long.
That's it
