Aim low to miss less

This a general thought to shoot low on most occasions, there are obviously exceptions where you would have to shoot high to beat the goalkeeper.

Basically shooting low and close to the ground has a higher succession rate as you have more room for error in case you hit it a little to high and it goes up. The ball can't go down, so it can only go higher up. When you aim for the lowest spots a little mistake that makes the ball rise wouldn't be a problem as there's so much of net above that it will most likely still be on target. Whereas aiming for top bins could result in more off target shots, because rising shots now have a few inches max, for error of hitting too high.

Plus, it's harder for the keepers to get down and push the ball. than it is for them to punch the ball out of the air while almost standing.

That's it
