Another reason why scanning/looking up is important

It helps with one touch passing. This may seem extremely obvious but when you do it on the pitch the amount of difference it makes compared to no scan and one touch passing is soooooo big.

I noticed lately that during matched and open play I tend to look down at the ball and try to see my target through my peripheral vision. This has lead to uncountable miss passes, they were all because of such a minor detail in the whole passing process.

So last week and this week I was working on my scanning more, and getting the habit of looking up before passing engrained in my brain. Since doing this I have noticed myself able to look up for a second and actually see my target. This gives more clarity on how I need to hit the ball for it to go to the target. I also notice that the quality of the pass is way better as well.

If you know where the ball needs to go you'll somehow find a way to get it there.
Keep working on scanning and NEVER stop (don't have emoji's on the laptop, so "peace sign")

That's it
