Double Runs/Fake Runs

Yesterday I struggled with my off ball movements. I now realize that even when I have good training sessions my double movements (multiple runs to confuse the defenders is not there. I need to make different runs to confuse the defender. The defender's life is gonna be so easy if I just make one extremely obvious and readable run. I should be thinking of making runs to move the opponent. So one scenario is dropping down and dragging the defender back and then running into the space, or making a fake run into the space and then dropping to receive the ball without the defender near me. This can be used anywhere on the pitch, because you can trick the opponent into going in any direction, you just need the ability to think at that moment about doing this. I have done this in the past when I first ready about double runs/fake runs. But it didn't become habit and didn't stay for too long. Time bring it back and make it stick.

Here's a small video briefly explaining the movements

That's it
