How to play against technical players

 1. Take away their time: Stray close to them, try to delay them and get more people around him. By staying close to him you take away his time to scan and to think about what to do. And above all less time and space to execute the drill. 

2. Don't dive in: Force them to beat you, Don't lunge and give them an easy path to take. Similar to the above, delay and wait for them to make a mistake or for an opportunity to take the ball. 

3. Use physicality: Use your body to put yourself in between the ball and the opponent. Try to push them of the ball by shoulder pushing them. Being physical helps because you dont give them space and that's pretty much one of the only ways to stop them. 

4. Force them backwards: block all the possible ways they can move forward. When they turn their back on you don't let them turn facing you again.
