Playing hard
This is something that I really like. Both doing and watching.
What I consider playing hard is when you don't care if you've been fouled and tripped, and you get up and continue. Not letting a man off easily, constantly marking him and giving him the hardest time, pushing, pulling and throwing in leg or two. Going in hard for 50 - 50 tackles.
Whenever I've done this during the defending part of the game I felt that even when attacking, I played with more intensity. I also observed more composure in myself.
This also automatically makes you run more. And as a winger I need to keep making runs. Doing this keeps me in that state of mind where I feel the need to keep making runs.
That's it
