Being ready for the next session
How I'm gonna try and stay ready for each session.
The main focus at the moment is my FCBU (club) sessions. The idea is to do everything to not compromise the session. So taking care of thr intesity of my other sessions. I will have to see how my body feels, how much I can push. If I do feel a little slugish or tired, I'll reduce the sessions intensity, not time. because the intesity will still be the same but for a shorter period. So reducing the intesity puts less load on the legs.
I have to take stretching and foam rolling seriuosly. Foam rolling in the morning everyday, 30 min in total extra if needed. Stretching after my football and fitness sessions. Just making sure I loosen the tension in my muscles. If I do this properly there should be no extra load pilling up after each session.
Also one thing to keep in mind is that I cant train after the muscles have been loosened or stretched. I have to do activation for the lower body and core. It doesn't have to be warm up if my body is already warm and I have done something before. I just need to do some activation and get my muscles ready to do the movements (not make them warm).
