Why I'm not supposed to eat fruits during meals

When we eat a filling meal our body is already full with glucose. And having a fruit is basically simple carbohydrates, or natural sweetener. Our body thinks it's excess, so it stores it as fat. But when some athletes need a larger calorie intake nutritionist do plan fruits with meals, or when you have to play a match it is fine as well.

  1. Now here, if we are looking for weight gain, for some other reason like for an athlete, nourishing foods like soaked nuts, seeds etc can be added to the diet.

    Post workout smoothie with fruits and soaked nuts can be added. And overall quantity of cooked food can be increased too. In case there is requirement for muscle building sprouted legumes quantity can be incredibly.

    All this will work when the digestion improves.
