Pressing Traps
Pressing traps are very useful to win the ball back by outnumbering or intercepting an opposition.
First thing to do is leave an unmarked area or player. You do this by pressing and marking players and passing options while leaving a player or passing lane free, for the person on the ball to pass to.
Once he's passed players close to the unmarked player would press him with more men necessary, causing him to either panic and loose the ball or leave him without a passing option. You can also intercept the ball. Instead of pressing the player one person can try and snatch the ball before it even reaches the player.
This is the result of high pressure most of the time. because you press let's say 4-5 players up top and might leave a passing option closer to your defensive midfielders or defense line.
You could also do it towards their goal. By marking people in the midfield and half the defenders, then leaving one man free (close to the corner would be great). Once he receives it or while he's receiving it, the team could try and take it from him. If you win the ball You'll be close to the goal and can finish quickly.
That's it
