Pre training routine

 This is what I would like to do before each session (excluding warm up stuff) 

First I would like to read my reflection of the previous session and kind of take in all that I need to improve. I'm doing it mentally, but I forget a few things and then remember them if I make the same mistake again. So read my reflection. 

Replay scenarios in my head about doing the different things written in the reflection, but properly, the way I want it to play out. And imagine myself doing some cool stuff. 

Then think of something tactical that I can tell my teammates to work on. Then tell them about that. Use hand gestures to show/demonstrate what I mean. Or ask them what we want to try. 

Listen to music, just get the mood right and feel free.
