High reps vs Low reps
This one is very small
The difference between the two is
Low reps with heavy weight: Is more focusing on how much power you can exert in that short period of time. so this would work on things like Jumping, sprinting, acceleration and change of direction
High reps with low weight or more: This works focuses keeping your body under that tension for a longer period of time. So it will help in stuff like ability to perform for 90 min and less fatigue in muscles (heavy legs feeling).
Which one is better for football workouts? Mixing both of them is the best because you first work on getting maximum power and then you can slowly work on maintaining that pressure and pain for a longer period of time.

Could it be that certain muscle sets need the low load and high reps and certain need low reps with high load?
