Dirty play
1. Grabbing: when I'm trying to receive the ball with the defender to my back, I can hold the defenders shirt discretely and feel where he is. This would also keep him close to me, making it easier to turn around him.
2. Pushing: this one is for when I'm defending. When there's a header and I'm with an attacker, pushing him is the best way to put the odds in my favour. Just before we jump for the header if I give a slight push I have the advantage. If I push while we're jumping I think that'll be a foul.
3. Time wasting: This is stuff like walking away with the ball when the opponent have a throw in or free kick. If I get a free kick and the defender is standing right in front of me, then I kick it against him and complain about it. The ref would probably tell him to go further back and will give me another free kick.
