Thoughts during training

What goes through my mind during training? Well it's like a storage shed filled with things (Thoughts and feelings). Sometimes I feel angry at myself and sometimes at my training partner. Most of the anger is fuelled by mistakes and high expectations. High expectations are set by me because I Want to play like the pros in highlight videos. That's why when I make mistakes I feel disappointed in myself for not being able to play like them, then I get angry and show it on the pitch. For example, I kick the ground throw my arms in the air and sometimes kick the cones (I know VERY disrespectful). When I am already heated I get pissed off that my training partner is making mistakes as well.

The solutions?

1. Maybe I should stop watching so many highlight videos? I have already taken the first step towards that, I unsubscribes to a lot of YouTube channels from where I watch videos. I know it's not all but it's a step towards watching none. I am 100% Positive that I will still watch some for entertainment, like maybe once a week or something like that.

2. Anger management strategies, I watched a few videos on how to control my frustration and anger (It wasn't football specific). Techniques like unclenching my fists and releasing tension from my shoulders and face, Take deep breaths and smile (So frickin hard when you're angry/frustrated).

That's all I have for my thoughts and emotions during training. See y'all later.
